- Item data: brand, model, serial numbers, condition descriptions and photos you upload.
- Transaction & logistics: offers, inspection results, pickup/drop-off details and payment confirmations.
- Technical & usage: IP address, device/browser data, cookies, analytics and performance data.
- Communications: messages, support queries, recordings of support calls where applicable.
2. How we use your information
- Provide and administer offers, coordinate inspections and pickups, and process payments.
- Communicate about offers, account status, bookings and customer support.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and to protect rights and property.
- Improve and personalise our services and website experience using aggregated analytics.
- Comply with legal obligations and regulatory requests.
3. Legal basis & legitimate interests
- Performance of a contract (e.g. completing a sale or pickup).
- Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. payment records, anti-fraud checks).

4. Sharing & third parties
- Service providers: payment processors, courier partners, inspection/valuation partners, analytics and hosting providers (they act as processors and are contractually limited from using your data except to provide services to us).
