Step 1: Get Your Instant Offer

Use our website to see how much we can offer for your item — whether it’s a smartphone, laptop, gaming console, or even designer products.

We always aim to give you the best possible price while ensuring we can still responsibly refurbish and resell your item. Our offers take into account factors like courier costs, labour, refurbishing and packaging, as well as fraud protection.

If you don’t see your exact model listed (for example, a newer device or a unique item), simply reach out to us directly and we’ll provide a custom quotation. We’ve bought almost everything before — from older entry-level phones to high-end Macs, PlayStations, and luxury goods.

Step 2: Lock In Your Price

Once you’ve entered all the details of your item, the website will show you our offer.

Unlike some companies that promise high upfront prices and then reduce them later, we keep it honest and transparent.

• If the item arrives in the condition you described, you’ll get the exact amount we offered.
• If it’s in worse condition, we’ll contact you with a revised fair offer.
• If it’s actually in better condition than you said, we’ll pay you more.

Step 3: Choose Payment & Collection

When you’re ready, you can select your preferred payment method:

• Direct EFT payment – fast and secure.

You’ll also select a collection date that suits you. Our courier partners will pick up your item from your door (weekdays only).

Please package your item securely to avoid damage during transit. Deliveries from major hubs (JHB/PTA) usually reach us in 24 working hours, and 48 hours from other regions.

Step 4: Get Paid Fast

As soon as your item arrives, we’ll:

• Verify that the condition matches your submission.
• Run basic checks (e.g., no locks/accounts preventing resale).
• Confirm payment details.

If the item is better than described, you’ll get a higher payout.

If the condition was misdescribed, we’ll reach out with an adjusted offer. If you decide not to accept the revised offer, we’ll return your item — a R250 courier fee applies to cover shipping costs.

We bank with major SA banks, so EFT payments typically clear within 24–48 hours, depending on your bank.
